Great Ecology Lesson 2025 – invitation to the event

The Interdisciplinary Center for Circular Economy of Cracow University of Technology, on behalf of Professor Agnieszka Generowicz, PhD, Eng., invites you to the ninth edition of the Great Ecology Lesson, which will take place on September 21, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the park next to TAURON Arena Kraków.

During the event, panel discussions will be held:

2. The impact of climate and anthropopressure on forest ecosystems
   Jarosław Socha, PhD, Eng. – Dean of the Faculty of Forestry at the Hugo Kołłątaj University of Agriculture in Kraków
3. Selected invasive plant species in the landscape of Kraków
   Kinga Kostrakiewicz-Gierałt, PhD, Associate Professor – Department of Tourism Geography and Ecology, Institute of Tourism, Faculty of Tourism and Recreation, University of Physical Education in Kraków
4. Presentation of international competitions and activities for children and young people, including the “From Waste to Art” competition
   Marek Frankowicz, PhD, DSc, and Alicja Rafalska-Łasocha, PhD / Jagiellonian University, RCE Southern Poland
