We hereby invite you to a conference summarizing the Horizon Europe-funded project "Bio4HUMAN – Identifying Bioproduct and Biotechnology Innovations Impacting Waste Management in the Context of Humanitarian Response.". The conference will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, in Prague and online..
Over the past three years, the Bio4HUMAN project ( https://bio4human.eu/ ) explored how bioeconomy product and technological innovations can contribute to more circular and sustainable waste management in destinations requiring humanitarian assistance. The conference will present key project results, lessons learned from local implementations, and practical paths to scaling circular and sustainable bioeconomy solutions.
The conference will be attended by stakeholders from the bioeconomy sectors, representatives of humanitarian organizations and the scientific and research community, as well as EU and national politicians. Besides engaging and inspiring presentations and keynote addresses by experts and policymakers, the conference will also provide an opportunity to establish new and promising contacts.
